With a deep purpose we have enjoyed the development of many camp projects. Our teams have successfully put together hundreds of capital improvement plans and construction documents. 
We design the space, implement the ideas & objectives and maintain the relationships. Over the past twenty-five years we have completed hundreds of acres of camp projects in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Ventura and Orange Counties.
We understand that time is of the essence. Our architectural staff expedites the site development plans and our construction teams frame and finish the structures. 
It generally takes six months to one year for the development a site & capitol improvement plan. Based upon the nature of a structure it can take from a few months to a full year to implement the plan.
Most of our capitol improvement plans include site development, fire suppression systems, underground/overhead power & low voltage systems,
commercial & residential kitchens, community buildings, camper buildings, staff buildings and recreation facilities. We also commission and implement Historic Site Plans.Here follows some of the organizations we have implemented plans for:
